Pure Nickel

Pure Ni thermal spray wire is used for corrosion protection in the environment of alkaline. It also provides very high corrosion resistance in marine ,water and melts. Coatings are well-adhered to the substrate and can produce relatively dense coating compared to other sprayed coatings. The seproperties allow this material to be useful for the nickel-based substrates restoration. It can equivalent to: Tafa 06T, Metco Nickel, 06E Nickel.

 

Applications
Corrosion resistant coating for chemical processing equipment.
Resistance to alkaline environments.
Corrosion resistance in marine and aqueous environments.
Resistance to sulfuric acid environments.
Resurface for pump plungers , pump sleeves, shafts, castings.
